Biography

Zhiqiang Gao received the Master’s degree in 1993 from Institute of Xinjiang Geography, Chinese Academy of Science . He received the Ph.D. degree in 1998 from Institute of Remote Sensing Application, Chinese Academy of Science. His major is Mapping and Geographic Information System. He is an Professor at University of Chinese Academy of Science, and a research scientist at Yantai Institute of Coastal Zone Research, Chinese Academy of Science.

Research Interest

His main research interests are remote sensing application and model simulation in coastal zone.
